At what point are you going to let it go and move on? You keep saying your done but yet you keep posting. You've made your point several times repeatedly. I'm sorry you had an unfortunate experience but as others have said Rena has been around a long time and there are several people who are more then satisfied with her work and no matter how many times you keep posting the same thing someone is going to defend her.
Let it go. We get that you are not happy. I think you made your point with your first post and it should have ended publically there. This is really a private matter now between you and Rena.
