You are entitled to your opinion and as I have said before I wish I could say the same. It is unfortunate that my dealings with her were not good at all and just as you are entitled to your opinion about her, so am I. I only felt I needed to let people know what happened so others could judge for themselves. Public forums like this are for that purpose to allow everyone to see what is and has gone on with products, dealings, and offer helpful and informative information. We all wont always agree about things.
I will say that IMO I would much rather provide a refund if necessary to make all my customers happy. |
