I have just got done reading the WHOLE thread and all I can say is "WOW", I have ordered from Rena numerous times and have ALWAYS been pleased. You keep saying "poor quality", have you ever thought of a mistake happening and people fixing it within THEIR policy, not because somebody is having a fit and wants a CASH REFUND. Did you know by LAW nobody has to give ANYONE a refund, not Wal-mart, not Macy's, not Dillards, not Target, not Rena ESPECIALLY since it is not in her policy. They only do it because they want to, but LAWFULLY they DO NOT have to (unless its in their policy, which they can remove whenever they want). You say you did not go to her web-site to see her policy well that is NOT her fault YOU should of done your research. And now that you KNOW what her policy is then you need to abid by it, if not, then you need to STOP complaining. Rena is willing to stand by her policy/products why don't you let her do just that
