What you are entitled to, and what you might hope to receive by way of customer service are two different things.
There are many times that I have chosen not to do business with certain companies because I did not like their customer service. In a market with so many choices, it is often customer service that sets companies apart. That choice is yours to make, and you are entitled to choose to do business with companies whose level of service is satisfactory to you.

Thx for the info!! At this point is was a lesson learned, we unfortunaltely weren't able to work it out. So she has my money and I have un-usable items. I tried every form of working this out IMO. I am just going to drop any form of communication with her and not deal with it anymore. I have voiced my opinion and told others of my bad dealings with this individual and will leave it at that. Its up to each individual who reads this to decide whether they trust buying her products from her or not. For those who do I hope they dont have the same problem with merchandise as I have.
