I struggled with the same decision for about 6 months or so before I finally did it. I am really glad I did for her sake. She seems so much happier now. She is even more cuddly because she is not so hot all the time. Your baby has some beautiful hair so I know this will be a tough decision for you. I really like her hair now but I am sure she will look adorable cut short. Good luck with your decision. I know how hard it can be.
