We always worry, but it does get easier. As time goes by, you get used to your dog's sleeping and eating habits. My dogs always crash on Sunday nights because they don't nap on weekends and spend more time outdoors. So that's normal for them.
But if I detect one of them not acting like himself, or acting sick in any way, then I worry big time. I'm on it right away.
