Hi Erin, maybe you could go see the two puppies and see which one comes to you or which one captivates you more ? Anyway, I have a male, and he is so wonderful and loving, I wouldn't change him for the world! He follows me and my husband everywhere we go, and he cuddles with us while we're watching TV, but he can also play until he wears us out! If you neuter him early enough (at about 6 months), he won't start marking. Actually, my yorkie didn't get neutered until he was almost 14 months old and he never marked inside the house at all. He did mark outside and if we took him somewhere that there were other males. Girls aren't the only ones you can dress up. They've got the cutest boy clothes out there too and even bows! I think it's all a matter of preference some say boys are better, some say girls are better, but honestly it's really about the yorkie that YOU fall in love with. Go see the two of them.
