Make sure that the Royal Canin that you are giving her is not on the recall list. She might have an incredibly sensitive tummy. Maybe you can start homecooking for her. Try a bland diet such as plain boiled chicken and plain whtie rice at first, and see if that helps...
If not, have them do another fecal. Sometimes, the fecals come back negative several times even though they do have some sort of parasite...Did they put her on Albon for the coccidia? Sometimes it takes several rounds of it to get rid of the coccidia and many times the fecals show up negative even though they are still there.
