There is a doctor in Newport Hills Animal Hospital who is absolutely wonderful, he specializes in toy dogs and is very familar with their health issues. His name is Dr. Whitaker and he is at the above hospital. This was the most caring vet I have found out here. He really cares about the pup, he is a bit expensive, but I think that if you called him he would at least give you some advice.
