Your decision makes me know that when the time is right ... you
will make a great Yorkiemom!! We took months and studied and weighed all the pros & cons before we bought Toto! We made a "committment" to her and we received the "ultimate" compliment from our breeder who actually tried to discourage us from buying Toto because we travel so much! She told us we have given Toto a "wonderful home"!! Don't sound like much, but that was very BIG for us.
We take her health, safety and well-being into consideration every time we make any decision ... even grocery shopping!
That may sound ridiculous ... but we are as committed to her as we would be if we had adopted a "human" child! I believe you made a wise decision and look forward to hearing back from you when you do feel that the time is right! If a Yorkie is the pet you have your heart set on ... don't "settle" for anything else!
