Default Biting grooming brushes

Just wonderring if anyone has any advice for me. Chico is great when taking his weekly baths but after bath time and it turns into grooming time he totally hates it! He bites, fusses, and wiggles around so much it's soo hard to do anything. I start with the blow dryer which is his number one enemy and then brush him which is the biggest struggle! When I'm brushing his back or anywhere else really he's there biteing the the brush. I've tried chew toys, the tv remote, stuffed animals, even my fingers just to keep him away from the brush! My fingers are working well and I'm able to complete the brushing with being able to "at times" do a pony tail, sometimes crocked but it's on his head!LOL. but I know this is a very bad habit I'm getting myself into. Is there any other way I can get him used to brushing? Will he just adjust and get used to it after awhile since he's only 4 months? I have no clue! Please anyone someone advise!!!!
