I am starting my cleanse again today. Last time I only did it for 2 weeks and then I had pizza during the Superbowl and got SICK!!
Soooooooooo ... this is my second time doing it!!!
My goal is to do the cleanse for at least 30 days! I want to do it longer but if I make it to 30 days, I'll be THRILLED!!

So here goes day 1 for me. I already had the Smooth Move tea (I can't do the SWF because of work -- I'll do it on Saturdays and Sundays) and I drank 3 mixtures of the "brew" as I call it.

I only drink 6 mixtures of the brew total per day (which the book recommends for rapid weight loss), so I only have 3 more mixtures to go! In addition, I drink a lot of bottled water throughout the day.
I'm PUMPED!!! Here we go for round 2!
