Have you tried the Yorkshire terrier association & looked under breeders? If not that, can you go to a dog show & talk to some of the breeders there? I have bought one puppy from a byb & one from a show breeder. I would definitely go with the show breeder again. Also, please try not to take it before 12 wks. I took one at 9 weeks & there is a lot of difference. Good luck & hang in there. It will be worth your wait
