I much prefer the look of a docked tail over a full tail. I think it's cuter and just overall adorable. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything in the least. I love my Tia's little nub nubbin (as my husband calls it) and when she gets excied, it wiggles soooo fast.
That doesn't mean I think long tails are ugly (they're still cute) but in my opinion, not as cute as a docked tail.
I hope my post doesn't offend anyone ... it's just my honest opinion.
