You might ask if your friend fed Illy anything other than her regular food or maybe she chewed a toy or got into something she shouldn't have. If the vet thought she had tummy upset I'd keep a close eye on her poo and make sure she's eating and drinking plenty of water.

I'd just keep a very close eye on her, talk softly to her and give her some more time. Poor baby - hopefully she'll be her old self again soon!
