I'm still here!

I thought I was alone and talking to myself
I've lost 50+ pounds. I started adding a little more carbs and I was still losing 2 pounds a week consistently. But I started exercising as I am needing to tone up as you can imagine and I stalled a bit, I HOPE it's because I'm building muscle as my clothes are fitting super nice.
Since I have cut out all sodas and only drink water, I am amazed at how much I CRAVE water. I drink atleast 4 bottled waters a day, but sometimes I drink more. I think your body tells you what you need.
