I don't really have a recipe and, I don't measure but...here ya go!
5 lbs potatoes (I usually use red)
1 dz boiled eggs
onion powder, probably about 3 tbsp
alot of parsley
mayo to liking(I usually use the store brand mayo or cains)
Because I have high blood pressure I don't use salt..you can salt to taste though
OR.....for an even easier recipe.....you can go to the deli department and buy it!!
