This is very easy and soooooo good. Boil a good size pot of potatoes cut in chunks ( I use russet ) boil about 8 - 10 egss, chop some dill pickles
When potatoes are done drain and add enough mayo that its easy to stir add a little bit of mustard, add pickles you chopped, add eggs you chopped, stir it all up....it should stir easy and then I sprinkle Tony's seasoning on top ( cajun seasoning ) If you don't have Tony's there I am sure you can find some kind of cajun seasoning.
I haven't master the baked beans yet, but if you get some good baked beans and eat it with this......next to heaven!
