Sounds like a little Yorkie attitude going on. Just remember she is still a baby so instead of repeatedly calling her name put her on leash and when she gets in her "princess" mode just give the lead a pull and say Come. You can use treats if you want but she'll soon learn to respond to the command rather than a her name.
