The night I picked up my little one from the breeder, at 12 weeks old, when she put him in my arms he was shaking and it took a while to reassure him and calm him down. He's 15 months now and is just fine. I notice that when he meets new people even now, he shakes all over at first (part of it is caused by rapid tail wagging, but part of it is actual shaking). I think in your case it's just a very young little dog trying to make sense of her surroundings. Good luck!
