Mine have chewed massively on woodwork, even when I'd turn my back for a second. They don't do it unless I have them confined to one room, so I'd be careful to try to put a barrier between the puppy and the woodwork. I speak from costly experience, lol. When I rented they tore up the baseboards in the kitchen and it cost a ton to replace them.
