Welcome to YT. As for the ears, well shave front and back. Cut the shape of the ear out of a brown paper bag (doubled and glued together) and glue in the ear. Look at yesterdays post as to what type of glue to use. Another approach to getting the ears to stand is to take the string out of a tampax, place it in the shaven ear and tape it like a mummy with the tape that doesn't pull the hair. Which ever one you do choose to do, it's going to take about 6 to 8 weeks now to get the ears to stand up since it's already 10 months old.
