Years ago I had neighbors like that....every week it was "PARTY TIME!!yyaaaa hoooo!!".... you do have to tread lightly w/ people like that...you never want to P/O your neighbor....you don't know what they will do to retaliate...ours would slit your tires...most of the time I learned to ignore it, but after 11p.m. " Mrs. Nice Guy" disapeared & I called the police..I would do it as "Mrs. Anonymous" in case they had a scanner (cause I had one too).....then when I was outside I would always smile & wave..to throw them off...they never suspected me
