Nah, just strike first, they have things you can kick that would give you the upper hand. 
And what sucks is they really only do thier loud music crap early afternoon so everyone else in the neighborhood is at work and they arent around for it, only lucky me. So no one else will be calling the police or askign them to quit anytime soon. |
I'm sure that if you explain the situation and your concerns to them, the police will check it out and can make it look like they were just doing a random drive through patrol. If they keep doing it afterwards, then they probably wouldn't have been detered by you asking them yourself anyway.
