I paint my Boxer and my Chihuahua toe nails all the time, but never Chloe's (my yorkie). I agree with your groomer as I have personally tried, it is impossible to paint a yorkie's toenails. Well maybe not impossible, I just lack the patience for it. So does Chloe, even though dog nail polish dries fast she'd move to quicky and her hair would get stuck in the paint. It was just a mess and a pain.
