Okay, hello again all. First off, I want to tell you that I don't post much because I am shy on this forum--big mouth at home, scared to embarrass myself on a forum for some reason - although none of you would ever know me on the street - (may someday be able to recognize Brookie though

) Alright, my question is regarding the cost of Yorkies. I don't own a purebred yet, I could not even come CLOSE to affording a puppy...I was wondering if anyone has any theories as to why some dogs are so much more expensive than others? I guess I am just wondering how prices on puppies come to be? It is just according to what people are willing to pay? This might be really retarded, and obviously yorkies are worth every single penny

, but I am just wondering where certain breeds of dogs starting costing four figures?

Don't take this wrong please, I know the responsibilities of owning a dog

..I have three - 1 brand new rescue poodle...so I know how much they cost! LOL
