Welcome to YT. I just wanted to say that I agreed, your breeder may have lied to you. But remember noone can really determing what size the pup will be as an adult. Like everyone mentioned there are many variables. I hope that your family can see more than size and end up loving Lana as much as you do. Also have in mind that very small pups tend to be more at risk to have diseases like hypoglycemia, etc. Enjoy your pup and tried not to stress yourself so much worrying about size.
You said that she doesnt seem to be a cuddler. Give her time, dont forget she still small. Love your pup, cuddle her and offer her treats, at the end you will see that Lana will love you very much.
