My neighbors across the street had the same thing happen. Whenever there outside they let their maggie run. Thinking she won't take off. She sees me and darts across the street. One of these times a car might be coming. I never let mine out without being on a leash. They are so fast, & it only takes a second for them to take off. After that you'd be saying, if only I did this or if I would have had them on a leash. It's not worth taking chances. |
