It's all up to the individual. My Mother was from the old school & never kissed us on the mouth, it was always on the cheek. I remember going over to my brothers house when I was younger. They fed their dog off the plates. My mom saw this and didn't want to eat over there again. Instead of being rude, she just offered to bring paper plates to save on dishes. This worked. She would have a fit if she was still alive seeing me & my babies. Not only do we give kisses on the mouth, I let them take kibbles from my mouth also. I brush their teeth & their mouths are a lot cleaner than past boyfriends that I kissed in my 20's. LOL |
