She also recommended I get a brand new pair of manicure scissors that I should soak in alcohol to use if I need to cut the umbilicol cord(s). She wants me to come by Saturday to get a dose of the deworming stuff for Lily. She told me that after Lily gives birth, I should bring both her and the pups in either the next day or day after to get all of them checked out and she does want me to do an xray on Lily at that time to make sure all is okay inside of her.

We think we're on day 51. They tied on Feb. 10th. My friend who works as a vet tech said that it's possible that from the day they tied, it could actually take another week before she actually got impregnated. So, if that's the case, then we're on day 45. Gosh, it's so hard to know for sure!
I have found that if you let nature take it's course, your "two" knew the right time to breed. 98 % of my litters come at day 61 from the 1st breeding. With the usual 30 days one month and 31 the next (except on February, July and August) I put the same day of breeding, just add 2 months later as the due date. You could almost count on it. If it were mine, I would expect babies the 11th of April. (Although, due to ease and habit, I would have put the 10th on my calendar, and just waited an extra day ) Stops all the counting days.
If you feel a need for X-rays then do them later in the gestation, then only one X-Ray is necessary. I have read that routine X-Rays cause Cancer just like too many X-Rays for humans. I only X-Ray when the "gut" feeling tells me something is wrong, or had problems in the past. A careful exam after whelping, and she settles down will tell you when you might have one left in there. It took me 5 yrs before I quit shaking while whelping LOL
Good luck, and hang in there!
