I found this awesome sounding recipe for pork roast. First you brown it and paint it it this cooked mixture of peach preserves, cinnamon and dry mustard. Paint a thin layer on and bake it. After sitting for 15 min you bring the extra mixture to a boil and serve it with the meat. I thought it sounded goo enough to try for tomorrow. Thanks for the reply guys.
