Contributing to the health of you dogs is something the responsibility of an owner when they decide to become a pet owner and/or breed. The owness belongs to them and their vet. But, since your vet chose to perform an x-ray at this early in the game....did he inform you that the x-rays may cause problems to the puppies....common knowledge in any reproducing female.
