Could she have been honking, like reverse sneezing or something like that? Sometimes when they get excited or are running this happens...If this is the case, cover her nostrils, and encourage her to swallow by rubbing her throat gently. If she's actually choking on like food or something, get her to the vet. Either way, talk to your vet.
