If you are that broken up about the size of this pup, give her to some one that is going to love her for her instead of subjecting her to lack of attention or love because they dont like the size that she is or whatever.
I am not like that at all I love her with all my heart. I will love her even if she gets to be 20 lb. The problem is that my parents are not going to be as accepting, that's all. I can't really control how they feel. They have never been dog people and I don't think that will change. They fell in love with Lili because she is such a cuddle bear. They didn't want any new puppies around the house for numerous reasons that are very silly to me, but that's the way they are. I got them to accept Lana only because we all believed that she would be tiny and wouldn't be able to much damage to the house. I know that even tiny doggies can make big messes but they seem to think that it is related to size. I am dissapointed that I didn't get what I bargained for, but there is nothing I can do now - I already love her. I play with her all the time and I try to hold her as much as she would let me (she doesn't like to be cuddled). I divide my attention between her and Lili equally, and maybe I give her a few "extra ounces" of attention because she is new and I want her to feel comfortable with her new family.
