I got a maltese/schih tzu puppy mix once and they forced me to return her becuse she was shedding. My brother, sister and I cried for hours but we had to do it. I am really concerned about how my parents are going to react. I am also very dissapointed myself because I truly wanted a tiny little thing that could go with me everywhere.

I dont understand why you think that a 6 pounder or whatever cant go with you everywhere. I just dont get why they are so particular about the size. Why not love the dog for who she is not how big she is?? I mean to me, its like saying to your child, "you got fat so I dont love you anymore, or you got too tall so I dont love you". Does this make sense??
If you are that broken up about the size of this pup, give her to some one that is going to love her for her instead of subjecting her to lack of attention or love because they dont like the size that she is or whatever.
