Uma is almost 7 mo. She was 4mo. when she came to us. To get her to indicate she needed to go outside, every time I took her out I would say "Weewee" and put her close to the door and then raise her front paws and tap the door 2-3 times saying "Weewee" each time. Now she will do it on her own, but it is really quick so I have to be watching for this very closely. Also, sometimes the little booger lies and just wants to go out to play!!! Usually when she taps the door she does her stuuf about the time she hits the ground. So there is no time to lose between her indication and the act!
