Wash her right away. I don't know what you used, but depending on the brand, it can be very harmful and you need to get all traces of it off. My cat had a horrible reaction to a Spot-On flea medication (I still feel guilty about this. I can't believe I used that stuff). Not only did he go nuts. Running into walls, falling over. He developed sores and his hair began to fall out. He is a beautiful Maine Coon, gorgeous long hair, and it was devastating. Luckily, we put him in a bath as soon as he started acting weird, so we think that helped a little. We just had a hunch it was the medication, but it still did damage.

Wash her and call a vet. Keep us updated too! I hope she is ok.
