I've been on it since Jan. Down 20.6 was at 24.8 but had a really bad week last week...lol I'll make up for it this week. Weight Watcher is great. I dont have the cook books, but I do etools on line and its great.
My advice....WATER WATER WATER. This is the key!!!!! (I promise)
I find if i get my water in and lots of veggies, I lose more. This program is great, it still allows you to eat everyday foods. Its one you can stick to. If you like Chocolate the weight watcher fudge icecream bars are the best. I never use my active point, (which comes in week 3) i think. Because I figure that defeats the purpose. I take one day a week at one meal and have what I want. I dont go overboard, but I eat what I want at that one meal. That way, if I'm really craving something, I tell myself wait til Thurs. lol I weigh in on Thurs. morning, so if you get one meal that way and get right back on track it doesnt seem to matter. Now you cant eat like crazy that one meal. lol
