You cannot get papers on the female yourself. Only the breeder can do this. And considering her age - I think it looks like you will probably never get her papers from APR/DRA. If the breeder was going to give you papers on her - they would have already given them to you by now. Sorry. I hope you are not let down too much. Just remember she is your pet and these pups I am sure will be someone else pet in a few months to love and papers are not needed for this.
