 do you know whare your 24 hr emergency vet is ?
Im asking this question because we have had 2 close calls and it was alot easier to deal with knowing what to do and where to go. First of all we all no that emergences can happen anytime and my 2 end one just so happened at 8 pm all vets were closed. but because we knew where the nearest 24 hr emergency vet was. I dont drive so my hubby had to take us he was actually very upset and crying saying that he loves spanky so much.
I never really knew just how much till that night when i had to be the calm one holding my little baby with a husband out of his mind with worry, and the traffic bad hubby speeding down the side streets.was a nightmare anyway spanky turned out to be ok ($750.00 er room bill). and i always keep the er number handy heaven forbid it ever happens again. |
