Love all your questions - I love it when owners have thought thru how they will raise their pups and seek answers.

Barking issue - use Cesar's techniques. Read his books and watch his show on National Geographic. They work!!

Taking pup to beach - I'd keep her in a puppy cut or all that long hair with sea water and sand will get damanged, tangled and a lot of work to maintain. You'll be happier and so will she.

Eye boogers - I use a dampened paper towel every morning and gently place it on that area. I just hold it there for a few moment to soft the booger, then gently wipe. If I notice a buildup at night before bed i do it again.

Nutra-Cal - feed your pup small meals often, keep her warm and don't hold her too much. If she isn't eating well or feels somewhat cold give her a dose of Nutra-Cal and call your vet immediately!

People picking up your pup - I use a stroller when we are in a busy area. The dogs go in, I zip up the screen and people cannot touch them. They can stand there and look all day but no touch.
