Your g'ma! Haha she loves you ... I once had a hair cut and they put it in a low ponytail and just snipped it off that way. Now my hair is 2 inches above my waist ... maybe one day again, when I get the nerve to cut it up to my shoulders.

Yes, I think it has to be 10 inches ... but what a good feeling knowing you helped someone .... you must really feel great! and you look great!!!
