Thanks for all the great advice, but unfortunately I didn't get our agreement in writing, it was a verbal agreement. Even though it was a verbal agreement, she told everyone in the office about our arrangement. She even asked me in front of all of her co-workers what I wanted to name the puppy. She's been sending me pics of the puppies development. When I went to visit the puppies at 6wks, she was like, well two more weeks and they will be ready to go home.
