Absolutely agree.....honesty is the best. But, there is one question left unanswered....you wanted to be assured that these pups wouldn't be used for breeding.....you don't have AKC papers to hold back as possible assurance that that won't happen...another thing you may think of doing is offering them to pet families but, informing them that they will not be allowed to go until they are altered.
