A boy and a girl, she even asked me what to name the dog. Well, this weekend is 8th week, since the puppies were born. Today I get a call from the owner of the female dog telling me that the girl dog is not gaining as much weight and that she took her to the vet, and that there was nothing physically wrong with the dog, only that she was growin a lot slower than her brother. She claimed that the vet suggested that girl puppy needed more attention, and that because I work, it wouldn't be a good environment for the puppy? She then offered the male puppy, and when I told her I wasn't interested in the male puppy, she even suggested paying a stud fee for Teddy. She claims the male is bigger and does not need the attention the female puppy needs. I feel that these are all excuses not to give me the dog.
What do yall think?? |
i think she is trying to keep the little girl because she can get more money out of her. i would say "No, we made a deal for me to have a girl puppy and that's what I want". that is if it is what you want. if not and you take the stud fee, i would be mean and charge her the price of a puppy. but that's just me. i hate it when people try to pull something over on me.
