Many breeders put them on high protein puppy food to give them higher nutrients and less fillers which they def need when prego. For the time being, remove chew toys and rawhides...they ingest air (contributing to gas) when chewing on them. Feed her a little at a time..if she is 'gobbling' food down, she is probably getting a lot of extra air in her belly as well.
