I've searched through the forums, and the advice is phenomenal....the only thing I can't find is any suggestions on HOW to actually get Skittles to take these pills. The Albon was easy. It was only 1/4 of the pill, and the Vet suggested putting it in peanut butter. That did the trick! He loves that. However that trick isn't working with the metronidazole that he prescribed for the Giardia! It's a half of pill....so it's bigger than the Albon, also it has a pretty NASTY taste to it ( I know I have taken it myself!) ANY suggestions on how to get Skittles to eat this pill?

PS: Even wrapping it in cheese didn't work!

I read this board DAILY....I get tons of advice from you all! Thanks for all your help!
We're dealing with Giardia right now. I've never been given Metronidazole in pill form - Sissy and Angel are getting it in a liquid made by the pharmacy and beef flavored. I still have to use a syringe to get them to take the 1ml prescribed. Can you ask for something like this instead??
