Do you have any paper work stating you are buying a registered puppy? Did she sdvertize in the newspaper or any ad, the pups were registered? If so you can sue in Small Claims...I would contact her vet by phone and letter, incase this vet refers buyers to her...my vet does this and if unhappy buyers contacted him, I am sure he would stop...or at east talk with me about the problem.
AND..you can complain to the newspaper that her ad was fraud... |
