sorry to hear about what had happen to you and your wife...some people go to their full lengths to make an extra buck or two.
but like what the others has said...it is difficult to prove unless there was a signed contract in place.
but don't usually when the puppies are ready to go, the paperwork should also have arrived in time for the breeder to give to the family that purchased the furbaby? Just curious.
