No, it's not - but it's what I was afraid of. She originally told us that she was registering them with 2 different associations and that when she got the paperwork back, that she would mail us the paperwork. Now, one month later, it's a whole new story.
I guess I could take out an ad in the paper she advertises in and tell people to be aware of the way she operates. |
